L'agriturismo "Marcampone" is a big country
house which has been lovingly renovated by Genuino Del
Duca.
Located just a few kilometers away from Volterra, Podere
Marcampo is immersed in the pristine landscape dominated
by rolling Tuscan hills, an oasis of absolute peace
and tranquillity.

careful attention paid to even the smallest details,

and chaos of city life, a perfect vacation for families,

near Pisa, Siena, Florence and Arezzo.
The Marcampo estate currently focuses its energies on
producing wine and oilive oil: two IGT red wines and
extra-virgin olive oil.
Giusto Alle Balze: (our signature wine) made from a
careful and limited selection of 100% Merlot: half of
the harvest is vinified in stainless-steel vats, and
the other half is aged in second passage oak barriques
for 12 months.
The two wines are then blended and left to settle for
another 5 months before the resulting wine is bottled.
Marcampo: (our second wine) made from 50% San Giovese
and 50% Merlot: the two varieties are vinified separately
in stainless-steel vats and blended after 12 months.
The wine is left to settle for another 5 months before
it is bottled.
We have 3 Double Bedrooms, 2 Apartments and 1 Suite. Open
all year.
All are decorated with great care and country elegance.
