This luxurious mansion was built in 1800 by Prince
Corrado Nicolaci from Villadorata as summer residence
to enjoy the fresh air of the hills that dominate the
Noto town ( UNESCO's World Heritage site).
The mansion is surrounded by 45,000 sqm. of land composed
of park, wood, fruit trees and vineyards, bounded by
well-done ancient dry-stone walls that create some striking
corners where you can sit down and relax enjoying the
beauties of nature. During the "Villino Villadorata"
restoration the interior design and the original architecture
were totally kept, some ceiling painted in fresco and
all majolica tile flooring were saved, at the same time
the mansion was provided with all modern services and
all comforts needed to spend a pleasant and relaxing
holidays.
Near the mansion, in the garden, there is a wonderful
swimming-pool of 18 x 9 m., at ground level, that can
became a splendid setting for all your events or gala
dinners, with an annex hosting a cocktail bar, living
area, toilets, showers and dressing-rooms.
Ancient mansion "Villino Villadorata" is composed of
4 suites, one of which is a superior suite, all with
private big balcony , a double bedroom, a reception
room at the ground floor and another reception room
at the first floor. There is also a panoramic big balcony
on the top of the stairs, from which you can enjoy an
unforgettable view on the hills and the sea till Capo
Passero and his island and on the Vendicari wildlife
oasis.
On the backward, in front of the villa, there is another
ancient house with a breakfast room or banqueting all,
